Almost every one has a drivers license even my old grand ma in the village. No regulation, no attempt to make it work.

Government needs to do more in providing institutions that will provide amenities, implementation as well.

The government is to be blamed for the bad road as well.. according to the news, driver was trying to dodge pot holes.. Rip to them

Normally, learner should not ply main road while learning.

Abandoned road, stadium, unbusy street road are road learner should start with while learning to drive.

I lost a married friend when a woman learning driving rammed my friend on his bike. She was terrified because dangote truck horn behind her and she lost control pressing accelerator thinking it was brake pad. It was a sad event for everyone.

While I was learning to drive, my teacher said I shouldn't bother with open fields, the goat said that learning on the major road is the best way to learn. And Alegbo/PTI road is very very busy. I politely declined and got myself a new teacher.

Driver was a learner as such had no business being on the road without a qualified instructor. This has nothing to do with the state of the road.
This accident was highly preventable.
