It is not easy to distinguish one chance from real taxis.

Here in Abuja, as a rule of thumb...if it is not a painted taxi/bus,it is possibly one chance. However...the one chance I entered was a painted taxi...meanwhile...I have entered a lot of unpainted taxis...and nothing happened.

I think what we need in Nigeria is proper municipal city transport services....with integrated intra-city light rails, and buses. Let us end all this six seater bus nonsense.
