lie, since the war against the insurgency started,recruits from other regions are sent in droves to sambisa forest with outdated weapons to face boko Haram while their northern counterpart were sent to to go and do maiguard in oil companies and the homes of the rich

1. The late Samuel Doe told his citizen that the rebel are being defeated until he was rounded up and killed.

2. Saddam Hussein told the world that the American are being defeat and they are running away. It was the same run away American that killed him.

3. Gaddafi told the world that his forces was defeating the american sponsored Libyans fighting against his government, he ended up being captured and killed.

That tank or APC cannot be that of an army of a country with wealth and oil money and spending a lot on hardware to fight terrorists or bandits or ...boko haram.
That there is a relic . Even those used in the Biafrian war were better.
