An Average price should be around 50M there. Not really sure , but properties in that estate are expensive.

Kolapo Ishola GRA and Carlton gate estate are also top Notch..

there is no land of #1.4m in Apata .. I beg do your research very well . Even at Akala road is from #20m while Elebu is from #17m and Elebu axis is #3m to #5m.

I would be interested too. Absolutely impossible. For me, no major difference between Jericho and Oluyole even Elebu that is not ( in my opinion ) half as good as Jericho you will find it difficult to get land for less than 1m.

Try Elebu. It is fast developing, security used to be bad but it is improving. People are moving from Oluyole there too.

You can get land in good location there for 4m. I got mine there too, 3 years ago.

They usually call Ibadan brown roof city, but many of them don't know that Ibadan is one among the fastest developing state in Nigeria. If you have money for real estate, It's advisable to go to Ibadan or Abeokuta. IMO! Aerodrome estate is the most expensive place in Ibadan.

I always pass that place on my way to Ventura Mall. Like how much is rent for a 3 bedroom apartment there?
