@Frankrobbn1, my Visa has just been denied based on purpose of visit.

I am planning to reapply and I need your help. I will be so glad if you can assist.

The only reason given for denial is on the purpose of visit based on my level of establishment and co.

I am planning to seek admission in another school for graduate certificate.

The initial admission was in Centennial for ordinary Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.

Looking forward to your response.

So sorry about your Refusal Sharon,

Why you await response from the guru/gurus

Purpose of Visit means the visa officer is not convinced that you will leave Canada after your degree program, there are lots of reasons to this, one of them is wrong career/academic progression.

E.g
if you apply to a program that you seem overqualified for, it might lead to a refusal. For example, you already have a Bachelor's degree from outside Canada and you have a letter of acceptance for a Diploma program in Canada, that's a wrong Career/Academic Progression.

You would need to order for your GCMS Notes so as to see the VO's comment about your application. Your GCMS note will show the reasons why you were refused cos the information on the refusal letter sent to you is a GENERIC one.

It's the content in that VO's Comment on your GCMS Notes you gonna address/tackle

You can start looking out for a PG. Cert in a Mechanical Engineering related program

Frankrobbn1:

You don't need to state your tourist visa refusal in your LOE/SOP. Truthfully declare all the refusals you've had in the past when filing the study permit application form under the background information.

It will end in praise.

Thanks for your feedback Frank. I also have another concern. I intend getting an offer letter from a company(though the company is 2years old but doing well). The CEO is also giving me a letter of reference. This is just to sort the home tie obligation as my current place of work refused doing such. My questions are as follows

1. Do I tell the Ceo to state his intention to partner with me after my studies, on same letter as the reference or he writes an offer letter separately
2. What's your view on the whole idea?

Never seen this kind of refusal reasons before....what can be done to tackle this?

Post Graduate Diploma or Post Graduate Certificate program is your best option for career progression. An ordinary diploma will reduce your chances of approval.

Yes you can. You can get either...Post graduate diploma is often two years while the post graduate certificate is usually 1yr but are basically same thing.

Thanks Man

So sorry about your Refusal

Share your profile, list of documents you submitted, what you studied in school l, your Grade and the name & qualification of the program you wanted to study in Canada

The house would be able to give suggestions on how you can tackle it.

Good day,
I received my PPR yesterday and I sent my passport through DHL this morning just for to hear from someone later that I have to include a consent form with the passport. Hope it won’t affect anything because I did not include the form.

A very big Hello to everyone on this platform .
I am a full time mom with only an online business to back it up. I don’t have a job neither do I Have am established business .
Pls how do I go about this
Also, can one use one admission letter to apply even after rejection

Provide evidence of online presence of your business (like Instagram handle, Facebook, websites etc)

More so, PDF screenshot reviews of your clientele about the good services rendered by your business.

Lastly, register the business with CAC and submit the registration certificate with your application.

Kenya - Nairobi is the correct immigration office responsible for the processing of your application.

Dear All i have some questions to ask

1.For someone who has BSC Accounting, can the person opt in for an MSC Econs? is it close enough?
2. which is better the NSE or the normal route?
3.can one study and write ielts within a space of 2 months?
I appreciate answers please.

Thank you

See my responses below:

1. A Candidate with a BSc in Accounting can go for MSc in Economics. However, I would prefer you go for a direct program which is Master of Management in International Accounting and Finance at University of Windsor. You don't require much justification in your LOE as this program is directly related to your previous undergraduate studies.

2. NSE program is a more preferable route considering the faster processing times of 20 days.

3. Yes its doable. I know Candidates who didn't prepare for the IELTS and aced the exam.

Good morning. I want to ask you something

Are you saying that the fund for Sch fees should be in my sponsors account and not mine that only living expense should be in my account?

Who is your sponsor to you? If it is a 3rd party (not your parents or siblings) then he/she needs to either pay your tuition fee directly to the school before you apply (but please get to know the school's refund policy before making any payment) or transfer the tuition fee and living expenses into your personal account and write a letter of support explaining everything.
If the sponsor is not a 3rd party then they can decide to either transfer funds to you or leave it int their account while you use their SOA to apply.

Dec 2, and I didn't receive NSE request letter

deommanuel:

It's most likely the medical request.
That's also why I asked if you got NSE request letter.

Your profile could also be showing "Your action is required" because of the NSE request, but I'm also thinking your deadline should have been up since you submitted December 6.

hello sir, I’ve picked a school - university of Saskatchewan that offers masters in finance which is 2 years . These are the documents they are requesting
-language proficiency requirement
-minimum score of 500 on gmat/gre
-contact three referee
I) letter of recommendation
II) two referees. Must be academic contacts
III) third may be academic or professional
What should I do next
On the same page you saw the admission requirements, there's a link for language proficiency requirement:

I will guide you through your immigration journey to Canada and with grace being by your side you will be successful. However, my professional advice for you is to seek admission at University of Regina than an undergraduate diploma at College of the North Atlantic, Newfoundland and Labrador. My reason being that your chances of approval success is very slim with the aforementioned College. I want to believe its because the school is cheap, hence you selected it as your preferred option. On the other hand, I'm giving you my own personal advice to ignore applying for your visa with the school. When you've successfully gained admission for a direct program at University of Regina, come back here for assistance and I'll gladly put you in the right direction.
