You can apply for a Tier 1 ( Investor ) visa if: you want to invest £2,000,000 or more in the UK.

I'v done some research on that and its not an option,am thinking of investing like 50,000 pounds, but someone told me that if i can make a deal with my partner to sponsor me as a shareholder in exchange for me investing in his company,so i can travel to uk through sponsorship, pls is this a valid option, thank you

Look into the innovator visa which requires a 50,000 GBP investment. It's fairly new so it's hard to say how easy it is to get but I know someone who tried and has not been able to progress past the first stage of getting an endorsement letter from one of the endorsement bodies.
