You re welcome, though it not mandatory before some attack me. But I will always advice people to always notorized stamp any LOE you re submitting for all this immigration officer.
I noticed that while applying for my Resident permit over here in Europe.

So you can notorize it at Ikeja, i did mine before living Nigeria at cost of N300 per page. Don't let them cheat you by saying N500

The funds should be in your account, since it's spouse non accompany.
Failure to do this is 100% rejection.
IRCC only allows ur spouse account if he/she is accompany.
