How Do I Get My Money Back by Stephenmoka4(op): 11:15am On Jan 23, 2021

Hi all, I made a payment transaction on the 28th of November 2020. N20,098 (30th on the app, since it was a weekend transaction). I was using the Access bank mobile app for it, unfortunately I was debited and the transaction didn't go through. I have contacted both the payment merchant and Access bank, each of them are referring me to each other embarassed

I have called, mail, tweet, live chat, message and gone to an Access bank branch multiple times and nothing good is done. I only get sorry for the inconveniences messages, bear with us we are currently working on it or check your inbox. About eight weeks now, so sad nothing is working.

Have anyone here gotten a reversal after a long duration? also is there any bank staff here, your information will be appreciated, thanks.

your bank should check very well, it happened to me last year october and keystone bank eventually refunded.
