A failed country angry whose only solutions is total balkanization
How is breaking up Nigeria a solution when it is the breaking down of things that is the problem?

In my experience some type of incapable persons offer up grand tasks and grand plans as a diffence for being unable to accomplish basic things. They don't want to build the small house because they plan to build the mansion but, oh, they don't have money and the help to build the mansion therefore they will not bother. And for other types of incapable persons destroying is their method, destroying is easy, creating, building, maintaining and improving is difficult. The worst type of incapable persons are those that will accomplish everything that relies on "tomorrow". Everything will be splendid in tomorrow's Biafra.

Nigeria is already there - fix her. Stop make grand future plans of a new country.

The judiciary gets the kind of executive they deserve. These are signs of corrupt judiciary, due to pursuit of immediate gratification.

who would fix her up, what are your plans to fix her up, you are the type that dwells in idealism while the reality is staring glaringly at your face.

Fix up the East then so that it is an example to all of Nigeria about the excellence of Biafra. Nothing stops the East from showing the world in a decade what Biafra is all about. No excuses, please, that the rest of Nigeria stops the East from progressing for who stopped Kanu from creating his armed Security outfit? Indeed, a fixed up East -- with tap burn water, full electricity, youth employment, full literacy, low infant mortality, adequate housing for the poor, excellent hospitals, well paid doctors, well paid magistrate, low crime rate, well paid teachers, well equipped schools, good roads, paved separate sidewalks, cleared shanty towns, covered gutters, underground cables for internet and phone, well paid functioning state civil service, factories, docs, airlines, good mass transportation system etc-- will effectively be a ready made Biafra fit to be on its own and would be so powerful Nigeria wouldn't be able to prevent her going if she wanted. The bonus would be that by fixing the East to the above standard and more, you may not even want to leave Nigeria anymore since the reason for wanting to leave now no longer would exist (except if the reason for wanting Biafra isn't about the good of the people but for the political aspirations of the few). The choice would be there, however.

this is still the ideal. Nigeria is in a state of political uncertainty " in a state of political uncertainty and lawlessness, art, science literature etc cannot develop. No where, not even Lagos can achieve all what you stated.
