No way they won't give you the slip at Alausa, once you are done capturing you will be asked to confirm your details and asked to pick your print out at the printer yourself, unless you attached yourself with an officer which that might have been your case and they will start giving you story just to extort you later, just wait and see, because without the slip how will you go for collection? Well you will write your name in a sheet of paper.

He wrote my name and a 9 digit number on paper and gave it to me but didn't give me any print out as the NIN verification failed. He said the Servicom lady will do a follow up and when I told her she said they will call me.

Don't call any number, don't let anyone use you and chop, calculate 10 days from now or wait till 2 weeks go back there and go to collection room and show them that paper

Went today for collection and I didn't get mine in Abuja. On the paper given to me on 7th, 18th was written as collection date and yet it wasn't available today. I did strictly DIY. And they are saying shortage of booklet. I need the passport by Monday.

Only Lagos, Abuja and Rivers passport's centers require NIN.

Kindly check page 188 for a guideline on how to go about a fresh passport application.

3. Mother’s data page of intl passport with original passport for viewing
If only one parent has intl passport, then carry NIN slip of both parents and the intl passport of the parent who has a passport
4. NIN slip of either parent
5. NIN slip of baby
6. Application letter, handwritten to CG of immigrations for consent for baby’s passport... father’s letter
7. Mother’s letter as above.. separate. Not joined with father’s own
8. Baby’s birth certificate copy and original for sighting
9. Driver’s licence of either parent (optional)
10. 2 pssport puctures of baby
11. Applicatipn form printed from online platform, paymenlt slip and acknowedgmt slip all bearing baby’s name
12. Office grey and black file.
13. If mother changed surname on her passport, marriage certificate, change of name and newspaper publication.. or if she has a different surname on her passport.

Go anywhere. Go very early and stand in the front.
No one will ignore a woman with baby and turns out it is the baby that came for NIN.

Pls does anyone know if there are still booklets at Alausa and Festac offices?

Once there is an error on a self application, can it corrected instead of making another payment online.

I didn't include my middlename while applying since the field was optional.

I'm currently at Alausa passport office and they're telling me that the person attending to online applicants is not on sit.

They separated I and one other lady from others cos we paid online.
