The OP should do more research on the service chiefs before asking us to "meet" them. The reports on these officers seem hastily put together and poorly articulated. When you put reports on military offfixers together, you go as far as telling us how many times they shine their boots in a day, how they like their coffee and the number of pet dogs they have. This is aside other exploits of gallantry and service achievements. Its how its done all over the world. The Rear Admiral rank is too poor for a Naval chief, he ought to be promoted to the next rank to avoid massive retirement of other Rear Admirals. Buhari should look into that. |
