you know usually, once a northerner leaves, another one replaces him/her, likewise when a southern man leaves, a northern person replaces. I have instances i can cite. After olorunshakin, I was expecting a replacement to come from the north instead, a southerner replaced him. Sadiq abubakar's replacement is an ogbomosho man, another southerner. This happens in most cases
