Last year, I had massive goals for personal self development but I forgot to bring the most important tool kit: discipline. The journey is not going to be fun and for most of the time you will not want to do it. But it takes discipline and determination to build yourself up when it doesn't matter the most. My slogan for life was ' I don't like stress'. Now I'm undergoing a mindset shift of 'a little hardwork never kills no one'. I'm going all in and all hard in 2021 because self development pays.
