Always consider safety. It's very important for everyone.

I know you said the #2.5m is for carcass only.
I wanna ask does it include all the materials bought up to that level of work or Labour cost alone.

Yes I get you right, safety is paramount In any field.
As you can see we have used scaffolding to work on that sport earlier so the block set up there was used to do little smoothing but never the less I will stick to your advise

Rotimi safety safety, and safety moving forward the whole world is watching. The previous guy has just spoken my mind, what is the total cost of the entire building including all the finishing as seen?. It will help many people that have similar projects in mind to be prepared, this is a very cost effective project. I understand the plan is for office, if one decides to have similar designs as two bedrooms how many will each consist in similar size of this building?

Now the finishing level demands by the client goes this way with cost.

-Window cost, both the bigger services window and the regular sizes cost =650,000
- burglary cost 120,000
- iron doors (2) 50,000
- stainless door 2)=500,000
- Steel stir ways 270,000

From your previous message in this post, it appears that the 2.5 budget to carcass is only for this specific client because they are able to purchase material cheaper.

If this is possible for any client, please correct me.
