Some Southern State Heads/ Governors are compromised.
Most of them are thinking about their next election and would trade the safety of their people, if they think that is what is necessary for them to be in the good books of those who they think can affect the outcome of their elections.

Look at Ekiti where Gov. Fayemi is inviting and calling Ekiti Home, to the same people who destroy their farms, kill, rape and kidnap his citizens on a daily basis? How do the citizens carry such governor along or don the people have a right to live peacefully in their homes again?
How do you explain an elected Governor, who acts against the interest of his own people?

Same thing with Gov. Makinde, just for the sake of 2nd term, you allow your people to be destroyed and the only Man standing up for them, you want to arrest that one again? Is it until the people declare war on their Governors, before they behave themselves or do they think it is impossible?
