This is not a feasible idea. The money to buy the rigs will build a very good housing infrastructure in that water community 2 Likes |

Besides, just imagine how neat three oil rigs with blocks of flats in place of steel girders would look at night, especially with some of the steel frames, pipes and railings festooned with light.
