You are not even serious. Who solves quantitative with only one example. There should be at least 3 different examples in order to prove your workings.

What may work for this example might not work for the next example, so that's where the brain comes.

Show us the other 2 examples if you are serious.

5 × 4 gives you 20, then you subtract 4 from 20 to get 16.
Coming down again, 6 × 5 gives us 30, then you subtract 6 from 30 to get 24.

Follow the same format for the second example and you will still get your answers.
