The way forward now is to tender apology to them and appease them perhaps they will accept. And use them to capture the criminals among them.

I have lived among them for over 25years. They claim they don't look for trouble, and they don't ever forget or forgive any offense against them. Is the criminals among them that supposed to be arrested not attacking their Emir, but unfunately NIA, DSS, NPF, etc are incapacitated with bribe and corruption.
