Is it advisable to use my children’s US passport in my application as this would make them not proceed for medicals or I should use their Nigerian passport. I would appreciate all your advice. As a vet he might need to use a different body to evaluate (for example, medical drs must evaluate using MCC), might not be WES, please do some research on that. Also check the same for nurses... For the other questions please go thru page 1 in full and you will get all the info you need.

Oh boy ehh.. You mean you just remembered you need to adopt your sister almost a year post-AOR and then as an "unaccompanying dependent" ??

If this is for real, I'll advise you give it a try. There's always a first time of trying things and I personally love adventures.

Good day. I’m Applying for work permit outside Canada with my kids who were born in USA and with a valid US passport.
there’s a section that says “what country issued passport ? I chose USA and the system says based on the provided information the family member does not need Canada visa. And this now make his details in the application to go off.
What do I do?

Do I choose child's second nationality so as to make his data show that child is travelling with us or do I choose USA?
If I choose USA how will the officer know the child is coming with us.

When you’re settled in Canada, do the adoption process and bring her over, but first of all enter Canada and don’t delay your application any further by attempting to include someone.

What did you get a procedural fairness letter for because to the best of my understanding, its not usually a good sign.

Incorrect , HIV and even the STDs you mentioned e.g Hepatitis depending on the case isn’t even a target. Please let people go for their medical exams, the physician and RMO will determine who passes or not.

Very funny how antispambot bans indiscriminately on this site o.. I was trying to reply and empathize with someone few days back only for me to endure typing my very long reply, posted and while hoping to see my post, I got a notice that I can't do such now and that I should try later. You need to have a super fast internet.
My advise is to log onto your IQAS portal at 4:01pm, open multiple tabs of the same page, and between 4:10pm and 4:14pm, initiate the 'Create new application' across the tabs.
My wife has been stuck on IQAS payment since December 2020, but we've also gone ahead with CES. CES have received her transcript and Initial review is in Progress. I pray we get a Professional Review.

If you have the means, I'll suggest you try CES and IQAS at the same time.

People who did their evaluation with IQAS, please, do I have to submit the attached form to my school to fill and send to IQAS along with my transcript?

I feel the form is for when your school is sending your transcript via courier. But while completing my IQAS registration, i chose the option to send my transcript vi email. Does my school still have to fill the attached form and scan it along with my transcript?
