Osinbajo cannot do anything....he is the VP.
If he was Acting President, that's a different ball game.

His Minister who was suppose to act on that had informed him during FEC....Garba Shehu even said yesterday that it was on Buhari's table but Buhari is in Daura.

If the Minister had gotten the nod from the President that the man should hand over to the next person, he would have informed the IGP.

Not to take away anything from the very greedy and selfish IGP who should know that his tenure is done and he should understandably leave.....this President allowed Service Chiefs to continue years after their tenures had elapsed. That is what is giving the IGP balls.
