Asiwaju

Most countries store their wealth in real estate. Sanitize home ownerships. Introduce a bulletproof mortgage system for Nigerians abroad.
This will generate billions in dollars revenue for the Country. It doesn't have to be run by the government.

1-Just make sure no fraud is perpetrated. $300/month is approx 80 million naira in 30years at 0% interest rates. (90% of Nigerians abroad can afford this). Counter the westernized brain drain by draining the dollars back to Nigeria.

2-Bank owns the property till its paid, so you don't need collateral

3- Plumbers, electricians, artisans, all these blue collared people will be employed by this scheme.

4-All the poor northern states, using the Boko Haram hocus pocus to justify huge security votes, set up Real estate investments trust (REITS) Let the big multinationals and foreign investors rent their structures, this will provide investments.

5-Start with major cities, country homes.

6-Nigeria imports about $3.5 billion dollars of wheat in a year, with proper irrigation, Some northern states can produce all that wheat, with adequate irrigation and mechanized farming, it will increase their IGR even more than oil producing states. Conducive environment policies that welcome foreign investors, Zero tolerance to corruption from top to bottom is all you need to provide.

7-We need to assemble cars in Nigeria, we are to big a country 300 million people to be using all that money to buy new/tokunboh cars, Get a reliable auto dealer, Nissan is always looking for business, Sign MoU let them assemble and hire people here. Give them some monopoly, raise the tax of importation of other cars to 100%. Use the funds to educate Nigerians to curb this high illiteracy.

8-If you are interested in working together, tell your people to find me. We will set-up auto financing revenue generation schemes.

This is what they call, the American dream......... Bulletproof easy money making system.

PS: Asiwaju you have one shot, God put you there for a reason. We pray for your good health(Dont take on too much physical activities, make sure you delegate the chores, your work is to be the brain). Make us(Nigerians) proud.

Asiwaju 50 years from now some of us wont even be alive, Make sure your ministers walk the plank,They must come out and explain quarterly targets and what was accomplished. The budgets, allocation and expenditure should be made public from day one.Performing ministers should be identified. Let our grandchildren know, their was the game-changer in a continent called AFRICA !!!!

Tinubu always play the long game.

He is somehow lucky. The IGP is his personal person and the NSA is also very close to him. Their loyalty is 100%.

Buhari had one issue where he worked with people that he doesn’t have that much closeness with and just people recommended to him. That affected him because some of his appointee are grossly disloyal and did whatever they like at the detriment of the General.

That NSA for Ribadu is also very strategic. Ribadu is a trusted ally, someone like that will be trustworthy and loyal such that he will most likely tell the president the right state of security affairs. These are people Tinubu can trust with his eyes closed.

Shouldn’t their loyalty be to nation? And the statement that the most nepotistic President Nigeria has ever seen did not really know the people he appointed, would have been amusing if not for the brain drain & numerous needless deaths his nepotism cost Nigeria in 8 yrs!

Bring the qualification of the best police officer from your village and compare it to the appointed IG, let’s see who is more competent.

Maybe is your sister I'm keeping as sidechick

Government of close friends and associates have never worked in Nigeria and will never work as Buhari he will tell you..

Those so called close friends in power grow to become loyal to the personality Tinubu instead of the constitution and Nigeria as a country..

The see such position as a reward for being loyal to Tinubu over the years than call to serve the Nigerian populace...

Most times, if they are loyal to the president, there is at least 70% chance that they will be loyal to the nation.

If the NSA can see the president as his brother and know for a fact that the success in security is a success for the president, he will do everything he got to make sure there is a safe Nigeria.

Truly they are some president that sometimes go rogue but most president around the word in a democracy want the best for their country.

Lastly, you can be loyal to the president and still be loyal to the nation. Nothing stop you from being both.

But Tinubu should know these were the kind of appointments that destroyed Buhari's government..

The new IGP will never follow rule of laws, he will be loyal to the person more than constitution

There's merit. That new IG was a Lecturer at Yabatech before pursuing a career as a Police officer.

He finished his first degree in Mathematics from UNILAG and Masters in same UNILAG yet took all those qualifications to join police. That he is even in that picture says a lot about how formidable and excellent he is. He must be extremely brilliant and hardworking to be on the team of Asiwaju. The policeman in the picture is the current Oniru and he was the orderly of Asiwaju Tinubu.

Asiwaju goes for talents and retain them.

You mean all the talents are located in South West
Same thing Buhari tolds on then to justify is nepotism
By merits there are people most qualified

Tell Peter obi to appoint another IG and stop disturbing my peace.

Mention anyone in your village in the police force that’s more qualified than him.

We now have excuses for failure...
Buhari didn't work with people he know...

His ministers were appointed for him bla bla bla..
But u lots were jubilating that he choosed the best hands back then, so why the excuses today?
Abi u forget the issue then about Ibrahim magu?
When Dss and efcc gave conflicting reports about the man, The NASS refused to screen him, Buhari still made him the efcc acting chairman against the laws of the land..
We all thought it was for the good of the nation, years later the same man was sacked cos of corruption...
Abeg who choosed magu for Buhari?
