I know it could be tricky but let's explore that alternative and see if we could work something out that suites all parties.

How many decking to have to cast? What's your slab approx area?

I don't think you can eat your cake and still have it. Good name they said is better than gold and silver. In this forum your name is probably worth gold.
I once told a cousin that people often don't earn trust but one looses it. if I walked into your store to buy tiles or whatever you are selling . You didn't earn my trust, I just gave it to you. If you sell me good tiles and did not cheat me; I will promote you that you are trust worthy. that is you are worthy of the trust I bestowed on you. If on the other hand it is the other way round, I will let people know that you are not trust worthy.

You may not want to sound insensitive but after 4 years you have not resolved the issue to the client satisfaction: you ought to have satisfactory answer ready when the issue raised its ugly head to bring you down.
I am in the process of negotiating small project with you and this allegation just give me a pause. You are a young man that appears to know more than most people older than you and as @davodyguy said you are very humble. You are not God and none of us is beyond mistake so please let us hear your own side of the issue

I have actually talked to my client about buying, but he is not keen on buying. The 300pcs used for the raft was stolen.

Floor area is approximately 286sqm

My engineer once told me similar story, that they stole 250 bags of cement at one of his site at Ajah. I have known idea when cement get legs to walk away from site lol �

I have a project that has stalled since November 2019 but I still retained the services of the Security company we hired initially to secure the site. There have been countless break-ins but all successfully repelled. If not, they'd have removed the Y12 bars we placed (but yet to cast) for beams and also cut off the Y16 starter bars shooting out of already cast columns thereby making us incur humongous costs not previously factored into the B.O.Q. Which kind of variation would you now raise that the client or consultant won't cause wahala for you should that happen?
In my early days in construction when I didn't yet have a dedicated team working with me, I noticed that some Masons come to work and are accompanied by their okada accomplices who just park beside the building site, waiting for you to go for lunch or some other distraction so they can load their bikes with bags of cement and zoom off. Leaving you to exhaust 200 bags for a 120 - bags section of work.

Please do not lose total trust on this platform, do your deep diligent and recommendations from some of the old folks here, on any one before you commit your hard earn money to them. You most be reminded. This is a faceless platform, the brother in question as building over 20 buildings over the years with many satisfied customers on this same platform, at the same time we have a lot good contractors, that also builds over 50 houses without any issues with their clients as well. One of them is sypder880, Aventures, Rotech, Wastecx, an many more just to mention few.

In this case months after rounding up work
on the foundation, they scaled the fence and moved them. Because there was no work ongoing, they had enough time to steal.

I will guarantee it. The colour font fade. I dont use pigment. I use imported colours hardener(flex c ment) from Turkey.

we charge between 63,000 to 7000, per sqm depending on the location. But if you provide all the materials, I charge 1,500. But I would have loved you give me the sqm size so that I will send you a quotation. Infact I will like to send the quotation in this forum for transparent sake.

I tell people Masons and bricklayer have some small cars
90% of this people are use it to steal cements from site
The main reason they bought the small 500k car is to move clients cements

BOSUN DAVIES!!!! You are still flaunting old projects probably in a bid to further defraud people just like you have defrauded me in 2016 on my incompleted simple fence project. You still HAVE NOT refunded the funds you argreed to payback. This IS 1 Feb 2021. I keep letting potential victims know YOUR fraudulent ways. Everybody BEWARE!!! He is good at packaging himself to appear legit but will not complete or deliver as promised. In my case i lost over 3M to him. He agreed to return it but forever had excuses. BE WARNED!!!! I still have my photos and petitions to post on here just incase he choses to deny. I still await my refund...You will pay it some how yes .... even 4 year on...
