Like I said before, Allah and Eloah are the same word in the Semitic languages to which Arabic and Hebrew belong; and they have the same meaning "the god" and is a generic term (like the king) used to refer to any deity or idol. Abraham, Isaac and Jacob only knew that JEHOVAH is the Almighty God but they never witnessed him in action the way their children (Israelites) saw the unforgettable display of JEHOVAH'S NAME in Egypt!

Abraham had that lot has been taken into slavery by some kings, he took his men out to FIGHT and rescue his nephew {Genesis 14:12-16} Jacob also fought to save his father in-law's flock. But neither Abraham, Isaac or Jacob knew that JEHOVAH could go and rescue a multitude of people without any military force!

He told Moses "i will prove to be what i will prove to be" the meaning of JEHOVAH is He causes to become Abraham, Isaac and Jacob only knew him as the God that's powerful than all the other Gods but he never displayed his name the way he did in Egypt! Joshua 2:9-10

So all worshipers of JEHOVAH from Abel till now know his name but the first time he proclaim his name without a military force was when he singlehandedly delivered his people out of slavery in Egypt!

Ishmael and Esau didn't inherit covenant with God.

So today The jews/Christian's can practice the Torah/Law but it won't take them to heaven because no man can be perfect with it.

Only Jesus/Good News can take you to heaven (There are Messianic Jews who keep the Jews law of Torah and still believe in the saviour).

However everyone including Muslims who practice the laws of Moses alone are going to hell
