At bolded.... I hope you know you are exaggerating because Nigeria actually will make Top 10 in the world when it comes to Strikers Depth. Perhaps Basco took it a little too far saying Top 5 in terms of depth at the Striker/CF position and but he wasn't all that off point.

For Africa, no other nation comes close. Nigeria is easily #1 in Africa. No nation in Asia (AFC) or Oceania (OFC) comes close. Same as in the whole of Concacaf.
The only teams with more depth than Nigeria come from Conmebol and UEFA and they won't be more than 9 at worst.

If anyone wants proof, give me time and I will drop the comparative lists.

Now this doesn't mean we are World class. Nope. We aren't. This is just about the #9 role. And truly we have depth in this role.
In ur spare time...let us c ur list cool

The quality of grass used, the drainage system and regular maintenance of the pitch should be first priority if we are to play good football.

With a good pitch, a poor side trying to waste time can be destroyed with high pressing. As soon as they conceded early, they can not waste time again.

Good pitches is key to help good playing sides have advantage to win.
they do it to us here in Uyo all the time and the pitch is one the best in Nigeria
Brother u just don't understand NPFL time wasting. Your high press is all they need to fall and act like they have been shot. Sometimes they fall without contact. They will roll so much that even u will start believing somebody kicked them.

My problem is that the refs stop play for all injuries and FIFA said it only must be stopped for head injuries. Time wasting is a major problem that the league must deal with.

You care only about numbers right? How limiting. Then you definitely aren't the kind that knows football.

You are the type that will look at the numbers and tell me that KDB is a better AM than Zidane ever was. Lol.... Numbers man! grin

Subzero047:
Simy - 7
Osimhen - 2
Iheanacho - 1

It is very clear that numbers is not the reason he is kept out of the team, I don't care about perceived quality I care about NUMBERS

The mention of Onuachu alone defeats all the nonsense you have been saying about having better goals numbers than our strikers. So no need going as far as even Czech republic not to mention coming down to Africa. In Belgium, I find my ultimate weapon. Looolll... So cry. grin

Subzero047:
It seems you have amnesia about my questions, why not include the numbers of the Nigerian league players and also include the numbers of Ahmed Musa in Saudi Arabia maybe that would make your argument stronger grin

And I telling you that Quality is not limited to just the Top 5 leagues. We have quality in Portugal as well. Belgium. Holland. Even Norway has a striker playing for Slavia Prague dammit!

Why are you so fidgety and scared when the area of concentration is expanded and rightfully so to look at the picture of quality much more clearly? Why? Well I know... grin
It's because Onuachu is outscoring every striker you have in mind to troll the Nigerian strikers' club. You have no one else to top Onuachu apart from the great Lewandoski.

Onuachu being second in the Golden Shoe rankings right now makes you wanna avoid going outside the top 5 leagues so desperately. Hahahahaha... cheesy grin
This is the list of top scorers in Belgium guess how many of them are Belgian, how many did Onuachu score again grin It seems you are missing some more scorers in Latvia and Lithuania grin

At the end of the day, how many of them are sitting second in the European Golden Shoe rankings? grin

Come on let's hear it, Numbers man. Ohhh... What did you say? 1?? What happened to all the others?

Onuachu is Belgium's Boss of Bosses. And he sits above Haaland, Ronaldo, Messi, and more in the Golden Shoe rankings right now. So you can go sit the hell down coz you are just running helter skelter fishing what to say to back up a weak argument.

Quality is beyond the Top 5 leagues. Deal with that. Lol

Why are you discriminating against other continents, what about the Asian golden shoe or the African golden shoe, you are really funny

At the end of the day the argument was based on the top 5 leagues and sorry to say your point doesn't count grin

Rubbish take. Our argument was about who has the better depth of strikers speaking quality, potential and also numbers. It's never just about Numbers. That is where you missed it when Basco made his statement.

Basco is the one who made the original statement about our strikers depth being possibly among the top 5 in the world. And his context was not just numbers. It also includes quality talent in quality leagues, potential and more. So you are the one who needs to keep up as you misfired from the beginning which is why your argument is so distorted. Keep up, Numbers Man!

Basco spoke about our players in Europe. So Europe was always the context. I can see you don't even know what Amnesia means coz you displaying it right now. Lol

Argument was based on our strikers depth. And Onuachu is one of our strikers. So sorry, your evasion failed to stand.

You deal with numbers but doing your best to ignore Onuachu's numbers. How ironic. grin

BascoVanVeli:
Don't just disagree because it was me who said it. Name 5 countries with a better crop of strikers?

We have strikers In 4 out of 5 of Europe's top list.
England: KC
Germany: Awoniyi & Denis
France: Moffi
Italy: Osimhen and Simi

I have not even mentioned Sadiq, Onuachu and the lad who the comment was about.

Because they were 2 different posts u twiddle dee dum dum cheesy

BascoVanVeli:
Name countries that have multiple players with 10 goals?

U always make dull comments and run away when facts are come out. Is Onuachu not fighting for the golden boot in Europe? Apart from KC and Denis every other player I named should score 10 goals this season.

England: KC 1
Germany: Awoniyi 5 & Denis 1
France: Moffi 6
Italy: Osimhen 2 and Simi 7

Again name the country with these many strikers. All u people know how to do is condemn what somebody says. Go and do your research and let's have a real debate.

Oya explain why Basco made the Original comment below in response to a post about Mukairu who is not even in the top 5 leagues. grin

The context was always in Europe and not jusy limited to the top 5. His follow up post only tried to break things down by listing those in the top 5 and he even name-dropped Sadiq and Onuachu.

In the end, the original post that started all this was focused on a lad outside the top 5 yet you wanna force Basco to twist his own original context. Are you the one who made the original comment? Stop being such a clown abeg. Lol

It seems you are blind or something, I responded to somebody's particular post that sparked an argument you are bringing up other posts that added or removed from what he said to invalidate the argument or what?

If you want to extend to other leagues I can oblige you, but read this post carefully and know our line of arguments
