baba u dont know what u are saying..... how can you compare the eastern front with Hardship in Nigeria....you think surviving multiple years of sleepless nights ...yes you can never sleep for more than 30 minutes in the eastern front due to constant bomb explosions... sounds of automatic gunfire ..fear of germans creeping up on you..or thinking of when you will die or how you will die....dead bodies mutilated corpses everywhere ...stench everywhere ... people close to you dying every second... the eyes of that soldeir saw it all

I'm African but lived abroad for more than two decades. I'm not maligning anybody but I prefer the truth and unfortunately truth is bitter.Hiding the truth in this case is wrong because the African Will not be ashamed enough to pursue excellence and do the right thing if you keep lying to him.I know of a few people abroad who would like to invest in Nigeria but they were scared off by the Yahoo Yahoo atmosphere, insecurity and the general perfidious nature of the Nigerian.People need to confront the truth so good changes can occur.

That eastern front (russia vs germany) was the bloodiest.... if you survive that front as a soldeir either german or russian you don’t know what God has done for you ... both sides fought with demonic fury ... and fierce hatred for each other...
sadly it’s still on till today I know because I av lived in both countries as a black man so I know it’s a terrible situation

yea Stalin issued order number 227 it meant ... Not a step back. Who retreated would be shot, since Nazis said all d men would be killed of captured. Voldograd, Kharkov, and most bloody, Stalingrad.. when I see kids go wound person run commot for town cos of fear, come still come on line say Dem want war, I just carry face look another side . Nazis lost it when supply roots were cut off and cos of weather/cold/snow

The Eastern front of WW2 was the most devastating war front in history..... It was said that the life span of a fresh soldier is just 10 hours before you die cry

It was a war in which you fight for every single part of a building, you just neutralized an enemy in the kitchen and you are already planning on attacking those in the dinning room...

No matter how tough a conflict is, war should be the very last resort because by the end of it there will be no winner.... I just hope the tension between our nation will subdue before getting into something really catastrophic..

They forgot to mention the scarcity and aggressive rationing that was prevalent back then, dietary intake follow. Plus nah soldier sleep deprivation and stress join. Not just "wetin him take eye see".

This just shows that too much suffering will change a humans body structure, which is why you see lots of naija peeps with strong rugged faces, if they were to live in advanced countries, they would have looked fresher...

The whole Poland suffered the most from Germany like kilode gan self while Belfast in Belgium was used as a battleground for American/Russian Soldiers against the Germans but fortunately, if you're able to get to all these World War II war turn cities today there is no African city that can compete or compare with them interms of everything and anything

Innocence lost , imagine one woman go come talk say men are useless, this shows the terrors we men go trough to make sure the women and children in generations to come live happily, what we see in these days are women trying to showcase gender equality when there’s no balance in reality,
Most of the women drafted to the battlefield in wwii , 98 percent died.
