I wasn't able to use my laptop. It was showing error. While my phone did it once

hey guys I'm in a dilemma now, I was just going through my emails and I discovered I was shortlisted for the seplat JV scholarship. I just realised that the email was sent to me on the 21st of November and it states it's valid until one week later and im just seeing this. please can I do now?

just try to login,if it goes through then take the test nothing spoil,if it doesn't then hard luck
