How is the poster correct the last information from federal ministry of communications and digital economy says the deadline for sim blocking has been extended to April 6, it's definitely not a blocking from ncc maybe glo personally blocked him, it's not ncc nin sim blocking as the poster painted it there I have friends using glo who are yet to obtain nin registration infact they do this nin registration badge by badge the least they can do in a day is less than 150 persons, some were given appointment dates March 6, February 15, I have a friend whose number date is March 26. That's why it was extended and there is no information on anybody been blocked yet it's a complete falsehood.

I have been to several other locations and still got decent signal even in remote villages.
Tell me which Nigerian network that have upto 70% network coverage?
All of them have strong and weak coverages. Just get a network that have good coverage in your location and rest. It will shock you that glo is stronger than mtn and airtel here.

I don't even know what is wrong with my own line, after using it to browse about a week ago,d browsing was smooth until around 12 or so dt I switched off my phone and slept off, when I woke up I switched on my phone nd noticed dt d service bar was empty,I checked nd I saw no service, till ds very moment it still telling me no service

I have been trying to buy data for days now but unsuccessful.

I reside within Kaduna I use to believe that glo subscribers resident within south west of this country are the only ones enjoying glo data and signal. Becks here in Kaduna it's the worst network provider. Infact, after the NIN wahala I will reluctantly port to MTN the last thing I desire to do.

They could not have updated their systems to link to NIMC database for real-time verification. So all the Telcos portal is doing is collecting your data. Then they'll send it over manually, via email, spreadsheet, etc. to NIMC for verification. Then they'll respond to you with whatever NIMC says. So all those using invalid random numbers is just a waste of time. It will bounce back as not verifiable.

MTN sent me a message about 2 weeks after submission, that NIMC has verified my NIN. Nothing from GLO yet. I submitted both on the same day though.

Go to twitter, facebook and other social sites to see people's reaction to Glo's connectivity. The picture below is the network strength of Glo mobile in one of the few states

Your national identity card contains your name, address state of origin, local government of origin,and age, which you used in registering your sim card,so, they must align with one another before your NIN can be linked, unfortunately,the system is programmed to accept any eleven digit number.

I can't use the *777# to buy data since last Friday. I have to dial calls like 7 times. Customer service is shit, they wouldn't even pick calls or reply messages.

Glo network is indeed good in areas in Ibadan....

WE EVEN USED GLO TO STREAM SUNDAY SERVICES WITHOUT HITCH (FIRST SUNDAYS)

The last time i had mtn sub it was terrible in my homezone. Glo is okay in my church, work place and home but if i visit my brother i wont get data service for most of the time.

Personally Glo is the best option for me currently (Ibadan).
