I need advice.

My goal is to relocate to Canada. I'm currently a 3rd year Nursing student (BSc). Due to the strike and pandemic and uncertainties surrounding the educational system last year, I closed my eyes and applied to just a school (college to be precise) for Bsc Nursing.

I got in few days ago!!!

Here lies my dilemma: I'm currently in 300L and if things go as planned with 4 semesters in a year, I'd be graduating next year; although I don't think personally that that is feasible. Nasu and Ssanu is currently on strike, only God knows if in a few months time, ASUU won't on the basis that FG has not fulfilled their promises.

If God and ASUU willing, I'd graduate in 2 years (this year and next year, Although I'll be adding extra 6 months for uncertainties). I still have to do 1 year internship then NYSC that's about 4.5 years already. If I decide after then to go through PPR, I think I'll need at least 1yr work experience to at least boost CRS score before I start applying. All in all that might take me extra 2 years if I get accepted or 1.5 years... That will be bringing my calculations to 6 or 6.5 years that's 2026/2027. And even if I get there, I'll have to take NCLEX exams before I can get a job. It's also recommended to do at least 1yr brushup course for internationally educated nurses. The certification by provincial council of nurses takes time too... So that's extra 6 months before job search if I take express NCLEX without brush up programs; and 1.5 years if I take the brush up before the exam. That is bring my years calculations to 6.5/7 years or 7.5/8years from this year before I can be licensed.



On the other hand if I accept the admission, I don't think I can transfer my credit because this is the first set to be admitted solely for Bsc Nursing and not practical nursing. If I accept, in 4 years I'd graduate and write my NCLEX upon final year. So I'd be certified to practice there in 4 years and a sure job and 3 years PGWP will be waiting for me because I sure can network and make use of every available opportunity.

So please what should I do. I'm confused, I really want to go but doesn't have a sponsor. Or even someone that can sponsor just my first year with the aim of payment back before I grad.

Someone advised me to just stay and grab my degree and there after try UK or USA since NCLEX can be written here for USA though.

I think it's a better shot. Try and get good grades and God will see you through.

- IRCC will send you submission confirmation
- Then you will receive your biometric confirmation letter.
- Go the vfs nigeria website to book your appointment ( With some documents in colored ( trying to remember the exact documents I hope others assist/ correct/ add to what I think you need.( biometric letter which IRCC will send, vfs appointment letter, original international passport also a photocopy of your data page in colored, can't remember if it's 1 or 2 each. Kindly wait for others.

My advice: Right now, you’re asked to submit a year account statement. If the said account submitted has a considerable amount of inflow and outflow within the one year period, you can go ahead to submit what’s requested of you. As long as the statement submitted has no shady dealings in it or fraudulent you do not have a problem. Case 1: The bank statement is genuine.
Case 2: Withdrawing the money right after submission will be an issue once this is sighted on the statement. Only if you have been having great money movement in the account. It will be wrong paying in lump sum again within this 7days.

I will say, submit the requested one year my bank statement, this shows the originality of the said statement/account, get a reference letter from your bank and write a letter of explanation. It will be nice if you paid a part of your tuition and if the money was invested in something. Just explain where the money went and the low account balance. Highest is a denial based on insufficient funds, in this case you can always reapply when your financial situation changes. However, in the case where the account is not genuine or you don’t attend to their request, this will lead to a ban and it will affect subsequent applications to Canada and some other countries they share information with.

My understanding of your question is that you are concerned of your present account balance especially after generating mybankstatement.

If my understanding of your question is correct, I don't think you should bother about the balance in your account and even if there is a charge, won't be that material. The visa officer already has some knowledge of your account balance, what they are reviewing now is the integrity of the account you have presented.

You are not going to be complicating any issue, just follow strictly the instruction of IRCC as stated in their letter. I suggested you liaise with your bank to support in sending the mybankstatement certificate on your behalf to the embassy because it involved an alleged case of fraud which comes with a risk of a 5-year ban so It would be nice if you can get the bank to send the mybankstatement on your behalf. They may just require you to write an instruction letter to that effect which should not be a problem.

You can then do a further e-mail based on my earlier explanation once the bank gives you confirmation they have sent it to the embassy.

I know this would give you some anxiety and some panic but just try to be as calm as possible and don't be too hard on yourself. Approach your branch and try to get the audience of a senior officer if you cant get your account officer quickly and let them know the urgency of the letter since you just have 7 days.

It would end in praise by God's grace.

Like I said initially, AIP ended September 15, 2020, except they have started the AIP method again which am not aware of.

All application done after Sept. 15 ,2020 till now is going through the normal processing.

An applicant who submitted his Application on October 2020 and has done Medicals (Upfront or Medical request) and have not gotten a response from IRCC till now should send webforms and mails to IRCC to enquire about his Application (for expedition purpose), cos his Application has passed Normal Processing Time. (The Present processing time now is 13 weeks).

It is very risky & not advisable to start an online class when you haven't gotten PPR, cos once you start classes your Tuition will start counting and if anything happens otherwise (God forbid), the school will not refund back your money

Infact, during the period AIP was trending last year (August 5 to September 15, 2020), due to some uncertainty, those with AIP were scared of start classes online cos no one knows what IRCC was up to

The truth is that IRCC suspects your statement was manipulated because they have done their background check on it. However, if this is wrong, there is no need to worry. I just pray your bank does MBS.

Please If someone who is applying for student permit, has two children and one is a US �� citizen; does she still need to add that child in her application?

If not, how does she add her US �� citizen child?

Does this child need to do medical test too?

Pls I was also told that if I defer the admission after my application has been submitted is automatic visa refusal because I don't have the ielts and I want to follow the normal route and am suppose to start classes by may 11 2021,I really wish to defer so it can take normal route and at the same time I don't want visa refusal due to the fact that have submitted my application before I defer the admission.thank you

Please I was told to provide my ielts and also my bank statement showing 6 to 12 history but have already submitted acct statement of someone sponsoring me though I paid 1million part payment of my sch fees already and am to resume may that's to say if they give me visa ,am suppose to travel by April, please I want to follow normal NSE route because I don't have ielts and bank statement of 6 months unless I just to hustle for it . please my question i submitted my application 18th Jan 2021 and biometrics was 22nd Jan 2021, now can I defer my admission after application has been submitted inoder to follow NSE because the sch want me to pay my remaining sch fees balance by March ending and I want to take NSE which I know will be slow.pls can I defer my admission now

MY STORY

So thereafter someone I called her someone cuz she isn't my friend but a foe which I need to eat with with a longgggg spoon mentioned about DUBAI that she has connect to get job but I will sort the person to help with the job in all I have her 70k not knowing nothing was done anyways I headed for DUBAI luckily for me my brother's wife brother stays and works in DUBAI so no accommodation problem now where the job na for where only for her to send me a message on WhatsApp she said and I quote

Reference letter from her Association backing her Financial capability and saying she is the CEO nah weavons my mama dey sell so they have association at Tradefair complex she was one of those that contributed to build the place so she was compensated with lock up shops in return
Reference letter from Multipurpose society in my church backing her Financial strength
Letter of support very strong one in the letter she said she will make sure I come back as AGE IS NOT ON HER SIDE ANYMORE to take over the business
Letter of Sponsorship a very strong one showing the relationship between mother and daughter
Gift deed she transfered money to my account 2 .5m, 2.5m and 2m respectively in September and I submitted in October.
Details of investment of her fixed deposit
Her voter's card for identification
Her Association ID card
Then all my credentials, SOP, my bank statement note my statement there wasn't much inflow but more of outflows and her own inflow of money she gave me
I had one award as EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH in my previous company I add am
Reference letter from the previous company
Letter of recommendation from my mother's company
Confirmation of funding : Here we said the company will be giving me 2m as study grant but it's nit free as I will come back to resume as business director so that's a home tie too that they will give once I submit my visa to the finance department and the other part when they confirm my ID card from my school.NOTE I didn't submit the company's account cuz I don't have it but if you have Submit it we have different GRACE and a well packaged SOP-3Pages only.Bank reference letter from my bank also

THE SIGNS AND THE TESTIMONY
I had submitted my application before I came to naira land so I didn't submit my mom's statement as my sponsor only my statement so I was worried so I decided I would raise webforms to send it
Now in one of her savings account no too much funds there so I told her we need to raise funds to add to it so I plan submitting the statement let's say Monday NSE Request came in that same Monday I say yes very good
So Wednesday before the Monday we started calling her tenants that are owing her for that month to pay that she needed money for something one we didn't call him he just sent it my Mom was planning on calling him but she was ready to send it he had already sent it
The remaining people sent it without argument the money was complete on Saturday so on Monday My mom sent out to the bank to print her statement so I can send it through webform as she was in the bank NSE request came in I just called her mama come back ooo we will go together the next day to print the mybank certificate so we went printed mine, my mom's own and the one with her fixed deposit it was generated for one year up to the time the money was fixed.
That was the first sign
Second sign I had a dream that I was complaining to someone that I need to get response from IRCC so the person was encouraging me that I should send the documents that my application will be approved on JANUARY 3RD I had that dream twice I woke up and said God is this a confirmation.

STEPS OF FAITH
1st Sunday of this year I sowed a seed towards my application and gave a offering higher than what have been giving before and told God I want a miracle on this
My church declares 3days prayers and fasting every beginning of the month I don't miss any of it and when I want to break by 6pm I only ask God for one thing my visa approval only when he grants it we will ask for other things-OLIVER TWIST ask for more
January 1st I wrote Four requests I want God to do for me this year visa approval being number one every Sunday I take it to the altar to present it to him
Midnight prayers from 12am I told my mom mama no sleep till I get results join me in this and truly she doesn't sleep she prays till like 2am.
Ending of this month my church declares 5days prayers and fasting I joined them I finish am
When my BVL came in 2nd of February I started another 3days again and concluded yesterday.PPR dropped today
God saw all these sacrifices and won't fail me oo
I made 3convenants with GOD this is personal I won't state it am fufilling one tomorrow in church
Finally brethren give it all it takes GOD is not a man that he should lie

Am graduate of FINANCE 2.1, Masters in FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT (MERIT) yet I nor see job for here
I applied to the University of Winnipeg ADVANCED BUSINESS MANAGEMENT (POST-DEGREE CERTIFICATE) [/b]that's the name of the course.My SOP was well tailored to that I even said I will be coming to establish NGO in my community to conduct business projects etc for the female youths especially the ones who couldn't afford fee for proper education college and grants will be granted to the participants as part of the company's corporate social responsibilities and would invite prospective collegues in Canada,UK and Dubai to partner in this Project

Tired much o! I sent my passport to VFS Abuja since 27th January. Tracked DHL and it was received next day (28th), 9 days now fa! I haven’t gotten any response. I really need to travel max in two weeks to be on 50% timeline. Tried to call yesterday, but the VFS phone no is just disconnecting. Any tips please?
