I commissioned Michlins to construct a tank tower for one of my clients. He delivered the materials to the site in less than 24 hours, he completed the welding of the tank stand with concrete footing in a week. I am sure he would have painted this if not that I paid him to start a new gate for us.

Michlins is fast and trustworthy so far, I will give him more work to do.

My concerns is the sizes of the various spaces are too small - some of those spaces would not be FUNCTIONAL...

My advice is to limit the lowe floor to 2 - self contains (instead of 3) OR . . . . .

If I might ask? Why do you have that middle staircase? Won't that side staircase be sufficient? Or is it for emergency?

Also, try to increase light flow at the passage by introducing upper internal windows in the study and rooms upstairs. Ignore this if the dinning area will not be closed with doors.

I inquired what happened then I discovered the two ids are familiar and even alluded this was an old issue. The seller quoted me and I corrected him. He didn't delete the post and I didn't argue with him. Even Twinskenny made similar submission of being an old issue.
