How many Nigerians in developed countries like USA and Canada are into fraud? I know some people who where yahoo boys here but got visa left Nigeria and are now doing legitimate good paying jobs over there. Ask any yahoo boy what $3000 monthly means to him, that's jack pot money but in the USA that's poverty line money. Creating jobs and enabling environments will reduce fraud to the minimum, Nigeria is a failed country and this is a clear evidence.
