follow the instructions, they will need your BVN after which you creat a password, then they will send a confirmatory email to you.

I got the message, thought it was a scam so I deleted it without clicking.

I received it too oo

There network is very bad i was able to register but I'm yet to get a confirmation mail from them.

Exactly what I thought. I don't want to receive any loan that will be an albatross around my neck. Had it been a grant, I would gladly apply.
