It's a bleeped up system. How can Judiciary be so politicised and they expect real justice? In the US you have judges that openly identify as democrats and republicans, so they put party loyalty above country. This is a disaster waiting to happen. America has all the ingredients for dictatorship and authoritarianism. Imagine you can indict a siting president and you can induct a president after leaving office for crimes while in office. So in effect an American presidents can never be indicted save for perjury.
