Madam, there are many ways to kill a rat.

If you WANT something badly, you’ll do anything LEGIT to get it
You even edited it to include ‘legit’. Getting an 8 in listening is illegal? Wonders shall never end.

TEF Canada is presently about 190k and the Naira is still falling. Plus one has to engage the services of a good tutor (or tutors) which will cost at least 35k monthly for about 8-10months for one to be realistically ready for the TEF Can exam.. And then it's not just beans to get that additional 50points earned from scoring B2 with EO proving the main stumbling block for most non-native speakers. Some write the exams about 3 times before getting that appreciable additional points.

Not to scare anyone willing to go the French way please. It's doable but with lots of gut, commitment and sacrifice.
I don’t even know why we are still on it. The calculator is there and if TEF is what he wants to do, by all means. To each his own..I don tire.

I am not going to beat you, Lol.

Listen doesn’t have to be 8.
There are several ways of increasing your CRS score with a low Listening score, writing the French exam (TEF) being one.

In fact, with a 6 in Listening, and an average TEF score, you can get up to 490 CRS score.

Check the CRS simulation yourself.

If I may ask, what do you mean by this?

ABSTRUSE:

Single applicant + EE? = NO!
Single applicant + PnP = Maybe.

If it is IELTS Academic, NO!

Good Evening fellow NLanders. Please I recently found out that WES the body evaluating my credentials for EE cancelled my order and I am yet to fathom why they did that. Is there anyone that has been in this kind of situation and how did you resolve it. Please note, Transcript was sent electronically through ETX Nig.

Hey, so you should check for the notes under officer review or confirm what exactly the case processing agent wants the officer to look into it. If you want you can block out personal data and post the screenshot so we could try and decipher with you. Everything will be fine.
Thank you. Attached the screenshot here.

It is better to write TEF than get an 8 in listening?

Unless there is more, I don’t think there’s any part that should bother you. Your NOC looks okay, funds okay, degree okay ..is there an officer’s review in your notes? That’s the person that will give the final pass on your eligibility. Please check the last two pages or something.

I just looked at it again (I am not an expert) but your points assessed is 478 and I think the agent just needs to officer to confirm pass and that’s it but I might be mistaken.

Stop worrying about this, it's normal. Review Required is compulsory for outland application majorly cos of PoF. It's pretty standard. Your eligibility has probably not began. Check the section where there's eligibility in the gcms, if everything is 0 then eligibility hasn't began. As it is, you don't seem to have any issue. You should pass eligibility without an issue ceteris paribus

I honestly don’t understand all your points because they don’t seem reasonable enough and I apologize Ahead if it comes across as an insult because it’s not intended to be one.
Why should I below 30 With masters learn French To make up for a point i can’t get it I max out IELTS. Is it that easy to dedicate time to learning a new language, stress , resources etc.
French is a matter of last resort for most people due to not having a masters degree or age not being on their side or something else and not for making up an an IELTS deficiency. Please don’t mislead people who rely solely on what they see written on here without doing thorough research.

I believe FSW will fully resume by March.

If they have 2 more CEC, ITA will drop to between 410 to 420.

People who have this kind of CSR score are those that graduated with one or 2 year diploma in Canada (not even Bsc); who have zero years work experience; and who are at 33 to 35 years.

My strong prediction is IRCC's hand will be forced to take much higher quality candidate (Msc + 3 years experience + below 31 yrs age) via FSW.

This CEC can't last. I am sure it's giving them some headache already as they need to process like 400k candidates this year. Should they take in "low ball" candidates via CEC or should they open up FSW since unlike last year, the entire world is not on lockdown n lots of Visa offices can still process PR.

Year 2020 lockdown already exhausted their pool of quality CEC candidates.

Attached picture is where ITA would drop if they continue with 2, max of 3 CEC draws.

Nice predictions but remember it's about what they have in the pool, people are doing anything to increase the CRS score like some African countries that are bilingual will have alot of Edge with the french stuff. Covid will even draw more peoples attention to the express entry than before .. But generally thanks for the prediction

wrong analysis, that your crs is 481 doesn't make you a quality candidate than someone with only 6 months Canadian experience. You may get to canada and change careers or go to school.

Since when can I use 6 months experience for express entry? Stick to the point.

If the CEC trend continues for 4 to 5 draws, even People who scored a 7.0 in listening, who had a one year post secondary diploma in Canada, n zero work experience will get in.

At exactly what point do u think they will have no other option than to pause CEC?

Also, the rate Biden is reversing Trump's immigration policy had made people more relaxed about Canada.

I was personally shocked with how fast he moved with the reversals.

I agree with you. Passing IELTS and scoring at least L8R7W7S7 (not maxing it yet) should be the first priority and target of any serious person willingly to relocate to Canada. I mean, why should you ignore the 50points for L8 only to be looking for it in TEF (160k to 200k). That's too dump if you ask me...

Good morning everyone,

I just woke up to an ineligibility mail. The only thing I updated yesterday was my NOC. I am confused as to what went wrong.

I understand thatI have to start another application, please do I start a new application by logging in using my GCKEY or generate a new GCKEY to start a new process?

Kindly assist.

That IELTS result won't work if you are applying for EE-FSW but it could work when applying for PnP.

What went wrong is quite obvious ma, it's the NOC you altered.

For a way forward, either option you already mentioned will work. If you can't bear seeing an ineligible profile (as you can never delete it) each time you log in, then revoking the old GCKEY and creating a new one using an entirely different email is the option. If you won't mind the ineligible profile though, just create a new profile with your present GCKEY.

To his credit, he didn't say Learn French. He said one could sit for a French test.
The original poster didn't provide much details about their background. On here, certain preconceptions seem to be the norm. We tend to assume that every poster is French naive. We tend to assume that every poster resides in Nigeria.
Anyway, I believe that any who gives off his/her time here does so out of pure motives. And as frequently said, it is important to engage in research and not merely rely on opinions given here.
