This is the reason for low quality graduates that we see everywhere in this country. Not even those teaching and grooming young minds have the knowledge and character. The country has gone to the dogs. This is why when you're hiring in Nigeria, 20,000 would apply when you have 30 slots, yet you'd have a hard time filling those slots. But in the Gambia, 200 would apply and you'd be confused whom to hire.
