Provide security for both anti and pro toll gate opening
protesters,don't allow them interract or if they do only at shouting distances,and it's a win win for government,protesters and sponsored anti protesters.
But no.
It's not however,unexpected.A government that allows crowds to gather for a so called NIN registration in the midst of a second wave of covid 19,is not expected to do any better.
