Black people are fully capable of leadership and progress. Leaders are good and are trying. the followers are poor at execution....

I don't understand. Do you mean Black people are only capable of being good leaders but not good followers? How then that the problem of Africa has been described has bad leadership? Why are they not leading the rest of the world then? I mean the black leaders?

But the leaders were once followers too. For example, the present leader of the country was once a military man. The high point of his career was toppling a democratic govt. How do you reconcile that?

Also, since he became leader, the nation has witnessed two recessions and unprecedented depreciation of the naira. Is that part of leadership and progress or is it a question of execution?
