Sure. Let the clients understand that if you’re thinking of saving money, save elsewhere apart from foundation and roofing.

If you have closely packed woodwork and nail point is well spaced, you’ll have a roof that’ll last forever.

0.35mm that mean the installers did very good work
Although i don't supply such guage due to the thickness
Too light for me but lot of clients request for it
I just look away if you can't purchase 0.45mm is better you make use of slate i don't want wahala or maintenence

Flat Roof + Skylight over Atrium in an upcoming proposed development.

The contemporary flat roofs look very simple but costs more to build than traditional roof designs when done right.

Gone are the days of traditional architecture. With an atrium, natural lighting and cross ventilation in all rooms comes as easy as pie.

It was super-light back then too and people don’t use it.

Disclaimer: For anyone reading this, pls don’t go and be looking for 0.35mm o. It’s not as easy as portrayed o. Go for 0.45mm at least.

I still hold my views as before, I now use Long span sheets in my own buildings these days, I also advice my clients to not use Metcoppo sheets, but if they must use it, I can buy and install it for them on one condition, that they will pay for repairs if there is a leakage later on. I lost a lot of time and money repairing Metcopo leaks in 2010 to 2015.
