You can look it up.

You can send your petition to any service center I presume, but bear in mind that your petition might be transferred from your initial service center to another service center if they have a lot to work on or backlogs.

Only USCIS has the jurisdiction to decide which service centre will process your petition. Only USCIS can decide when and where to transfer your case if need be.

All u can do as a petitioner is to send your petition to the lockbox (old method), or file online (new method). After u file, USCIS will den assign Ur petition to any centre of their choice.

Will the person have to come back to Naija to go through the process or is it fine if they got married in Mexico,applied for residence and then apply for the spousal visa in Mexico?

I do understand that if we file using the online method, the uscis would be the one to direct it to whatever service centre they wish.

Note that what you mailed out to USCIS will land in the Nebraska lockbox not Nebraska service centre.

Your chances of approval is less than 20% except you have something else that is important to do in the USA, maybe graduation or business submit.

But to take vacation to visit your spouse, you are likely to be denied because you already have immigrant intent

5. When either or both of you decided to terminate the arrangees to come together again, you might have to re-file marriage because you were both legally divorced.

6. You might have problems convincing USCIS about why you both divorced earlier, married new spouses, divorced the spouses and decided to come together again.

As soon as you finish studies, get a company to file foe you and you have your permanent resident, you can petition for your wife to migrate with you to the US
