Abeg I am having a little problem with my Umidigi A7s and I need help

The front camera cannot be accessed anymore throws up this error in the picture "camera has been disabled because of security issues". Face recognition too is not working too.
Someone help me out

Download another camera app on playstore. Download "open camera"

This and many other faults are the reasons I didn't buy Umidigi


You guys should forget umi. You can go for Oukitel, Cubot or Xiaomi devices

Check the access point in your phone > network settings.

The correct access point should be internet.ng.airtel.com



If you see "internet.ng.zain.com".....remove the Zain and put "internet.ng.airtel.com"


Then restart the phone....

Umi is the only device that goes off for no reason and doesn't come on

Having the same issues. Temporal fix use a VPN, I suggest Windscribe
Permanent fix, try saving up to get a new device and please stay far away from Umidigi, don't fall for the hype. The issues with their phones are unending.

Instead of you to drop a solution, you started saying something else entirely.....

I dropped a solution and now his phone is working perfectly.....

So move on

If you recently dropped your phone perhaps the screen got damaged and it could also be a quick fix but it can't be solved online you have to go to your technician.
