It's a good idea if they can follow it up strictly.

With biomteric clock-in systems, ghost workers can be eliminated except the government doesn't really want to do that.

Who is in charge of the biometric server, is them. If salaries are to be paid directly by CBN through finance ministry and updating of every workers Bio data every Six months, all those things will stop but they won't do that.

Some agencies and ministries do fix the money ment for salaries in fix deposit account for their own personal gain there by owing the workers for some months before paying them.

If I see any way to leave this country I will do that once without wasting time.

That's why I said if the government wants to. The viability of IT solutions factors in the leaning of the people in the access level hierarchy. CBN doesn't need to pay directly. The IT infrastructure only needs to be outsourced to a dependable third party. Actual payments can't go wrong if system reports are right.

"Actual payment can't go wrong If system reports are right"

I love the statement above
I involved CBN in the payment issue for prompt payment and it would also force some parasatals to list and remove the names of those that have died/ resigned from the work which the OGAS have been eating their salaries as the result of the weak system.
