Please someone should advise. Even the course I selected, should I apply ?

Brownie1003:
Hello Everyone,

Please advise as regards my intent.

I applied for SP in July 2020 to study HCA(UnderG Cert)and was refused based on Family ties and Purpose of study. I opted for this program based on my knowledge that I can't do Masters (Finished with 3rd class).
After so much research, I found a course - Communicative Disorder Assistant, which is a 1year Post graduate certificate. P.S I have a BSc in Psychology.( Admission requirement is to have a degree in Social science, Human anatomy, etc.)

Please advise if I need to refer to my program of choice in the previous application when writing a SOP in this new application OR I should just write my SOP based on the new program and an LOE that I had previously applied for a course.

Thank you.

Did u pay the transmission fee? If you had your biometric in Lagos, you have to pay the transmission fee, I think some people are able to get it done without the payment but some people get screwed over.

We paid late and sent them the proof, hopefully they get it
Yes I paid transmission fee

Not applicable means not applicable to you as you stated, you did not submit.

No need to bother yourself on that.

Please peeps, someone should kindly clear me on the above....biko. I am about to put in my application.

I do not think this speculation that the school must indicate that is true.

Most schools are operating online classes at the moment. I think you can go ahead and submit your application

I got the same NSE route on January and was given till February 7, I fulfilled all dues the final day I was supposed to upload my documents my gc key started going awol I was scared mhen I wrote long compelling letters to any email I could think off finally I was asked to create a new gc key which I did. I saw the space I was meant to upload the NSE additional documents underneath it writing deadline passed but with faith I uploaded it like that after 3-4days of the supposed deadline and Glory be to God it was accepted the same day and documents is under review.

I pray for all positive answers.

I surely will.

Meanwhile, I am done with my application for MBA at UNBC but I can't seem to make online fee payment but will try and sort it out before today ends.

My concern is this: deadline for this application is 15th February which is tomorrow so I don't know if this deadline is applicable to my referees submitting a reference letter for my application.

I will also apply for MBA at UNB as you advised, Thier MBA is a one year program, hope it's still okay?

The deadline for application is 15 February and its applicable to you submitting your reference letter.

The MBA program at UNB perfectly align with your career background. Please apply ASAP.

It will end in praise

Hey bro.., do you know any university or college that will process admission in a short while for a pgd certificate in Hospitality and tourism operations?

Conestoga College offers a one year PGD in this area of specialization. The admission processing times takes about 2 - 4 weeks.

I submitted my mybankstatement certificate exactly the way it was when the request came in from IRCC and yes almost exactly the same money,

The decision is up to you if you want to respond or ignore IRCC request and allow your application to follow the normal processing channel.

Should in case you want to follow the NSE route, I would advise you not to move funds for now as this would be flagged by the visa officer when they see inflow and outflow of lumpsum transactions. Please submit my bankstatement certificate for both bank statements and attach a one-page official letter to explain the movement of funds. I almost also wanted to move funds when I got the NSE request but my bankers' advised me not to try it and submit the statement the way it is.

I wish you success in your application.

What if the lump sums are done in like 500k from a parent with a description for educational purpose, backed up with a gift deed, and left in my account for 6 months before applying through NSE?

Good day, I'll like to know how exactly the "MBS" works and looks. If I request for MBS, the bank will send my statement to the embassy and send me an email with the certificate showing my ticket ID and password. It's this certificate containing ticket ID and password that I will now upload in the POF area of my application. Please let me know if I'm right or wrong. Thanks.

how can I contact you bro
Tigretech:
Good Morning

24 October 2020: Applied For Student Visa and I was asked to do an Upfront Medical before I can submit the application. And I did all and submitted

30 November 2020: Request Letter stating that I qualified for NSE and asked me to provide MyBankStatement and IELTS Result which I submitted.

18 January 2021: Got a message for another Medicals and I contacted the IRCC and told them that my former Medicals was done on 19th October 2021 and it’s not up to 4 months and they are asking for another medical and usually Medicals last for 12 months and I got a reply from them saying I should do what I was asked to do because it’s for verification and clearance.

11 February 2021: I did the second Medicals and it was submitted to the IRCC by the medical agents directly.

16 February 2021: I got a correspondence letter and an original passport request letter..

I’m so happy because everything went on so well and successfully.

Please if you are going to Manitoba let’s link up and know how we can help each other.

Thanks

Hello everyone, I have been asked by IRCC to submit mybankstatement and IELTS so they can process my application through the NSE route. However, the funds I used for my proof of funds have been transferred back to my parents' account (I was self-sponsored) through my other account. So my question is that should I transfer the money back to my account. Does this affect my application or should I just move on from it and allow them to process my application normally. And I would also like to know if anyone has gotten approval here without going through with the NSE as requested and how long did it take?

Hello totee, the Visa officer wants to see that you have access to the funds that you are presenting, nobody expects you to leave your money dormant in the account when u have investment opportunities you can pursue, so if you have transferred the money out, transfer the money back and just write a brief letter of explanation, nobody can tell anybody where he or she money to be at a particular time, the most important thing is accessibility to the money,, a letter of explanation and the money in the account should do you better than not responding, my opinion

Good afternoon house, I have a question to ask.

For those that got NSE request, did eligibility review start on your application before you got it or you got it without it.

Hello MamaIva,

Eligibility must have started or the required action is about to be precipitated.

Best of Luck

I am suggesting maybe the mybankstatement should show 12months previous transactions up to the date where the money was still in your account
I really do not know if it would work though

Greetings everyone! I’m looking at applying to holland college for PGC(journalism and communication) I’ve been on it for some time now but my university transcript is slowing everything down, recently I heard the deadline is on the 28th this month... someone brought up an idea that I should go for another undergraduate degree (I’m 27) my question now is, what are my chances that i will be given both admission and study visa because of my age... please house what do you suggest I do... thanks in advance

Hello Bheey1,

HC accepts unofficial transcript. If your have a student copy, it will be accepted. Given the deadline date, message the admissions office for an extension with reasons. It may be heed to.

Contrary, a second Bachelor won't be a hood chess move. In lieu, settle for a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma or PGD/C.

Best of Luck
