A lot is happening these days, the days are evil, one needs to be spiritually alert and hold on to God because to be carnally minded is death but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Romans 8:6.

A lot of people go to church empty and void, they still leave the church empty and void, the word of the Lord bears no fruit in them, they have no hunger for the things of God, they are just void and empty every sunday.

There is no soul-winners pyramid scheme where the Kingdom of Heaven is concerned.

According to the teachings of Jesus Christ, it does not matter how many souls you supposedly win at the end of the day. Jesus Christ never told His disciples that that was the work He had for them to do, No. He instructed them to witness the same teachings that He had given them to as many as will listen to them and that is all. Soul-winning as work of the kingdom, that lie was made up by men particularly as a way to win followers and fil seats in their many churches /businesses.

The work that will earn you a place in the Kingdom of Heaven is detailed in Matthew 25 vs 31 through 40. You may choose to ignore the words of Jesus Christ, continuing to follow after the doctrines of men instead, but be reminded that Jesus Christ is the way to get to God..only by obeying His instructions will anyone who claims to believe in Him(saved) earn a place in the Kingdom of Heaven. Those who believe in Him(saved too)but refuse to obey His instructions will have no part in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Thankyou so much. There was a time I told him that he is not a Christian. We need to be very discerning in the spirit.

Good morning brotherly, the bible admonishes us not to forsake the assembly of the brethren(Hebrew 10:25). Remember you are not going to church for your fellow man but for God, I strongly believe that the angels of God take attendance of people that bring out their time to go to church, if the church you currently attend is too cold or dull, kindly leave or change church, dont let your fire die in the altar of church denomination, we are all one in the body of Christ.

God loved you before you love him, Jesus loves you now and always. He died for our sins, give your life to Christ Jesus and he will give you the peace that you seek.

I quite agree with you bro. After I began to take God as seriously as I do now, it was hard to find a church that I could blend into. I finally started attending one but not long after that God told me to leave that church. That was about seventeen years ago.

Before God told me to leave the church, it was already glaring that the church was going to undermine my ability to become all that God intended for me to be for Him, even though it was a church. I know very well that a lot of those God is going to use for His end time revival are not in the church, because God had to separate them to prepare them for such a special purpose. This is biblical especially when those who are called the people of God as the church have derailed and declined from the original standard.

A lot of people think that church is God, hence they take church attendance seriously as though they were going to God. Yet they live lives that go contrary to His Way and Word to prove that church is not God. This is going to lead many to hell because going to church cannot save any man except it makes the person to repent and to do what God requires of him which is what it actually means to go to God.

It's my desire though the church would return to what it was in those days when going to church was closer to going to God, because the church more or less represented the Ways and Word of God on Earth.

I use to tell people if a church is too cold for your spiritual level, kindly change church, same way I left Catholic church for a pentecostal church, they cannot come and be dulling my spiritman, moreover when I got my call from God, I was directed to leave the church.

Hmm... Interesting.. I thank God for your life because it's not really easy to leave such a church especially when you've been there the most part of your life. And for God to give you that instruction to leave impresses that He may use you to bring some who belong to the church out of bondage and to genuine repentance. That's one of the reasons He usually separates His chosen ones.

There is something about Catholic church that doesn't sit well with me ever since I became a born again, I dont care if some people are offended by it, but I said what I said and I won't take it back, they say the church is not cold, they have charismatics group, must everybody be a member of charismatics for them to be blazing for Christ? Most people that speak in tongue in Catholic church are charimatics members.
