As a marketer, your job is to meet targets; risk, deposit, e-banking...etc. Irrespective of your gender, you have to meet this target. For core staff, there are so many indices that makes up your KPI, of which deposit is just one. Yes the targets could be reduced or benchmarked, but if you choose to leave all the rest and focus on deposits, to the extent you have to fck around, then you have yourself to blame.

If these ladies didn’t have vaginas, they will look for other means to meet their targets- be it professional, educational or financial. So, assume you don’t have a vagina and do things differently for once.

What I think should be outrightly banned is contract staffing. The work doesn’t match the pay at all.

All u need is the right people...networking... when I was serving at skye bank..a marketer mobilized 6billion with just one account .....
the guy ddnt do anything for my entire service year apart from confirming his customers Cheques for payment . Sometimes he will toast babe in the banking hall, carry them home, and still come back to sign out.
