Seriously, I do wish that only my devotion will stop them from attacking me but it doesn't, I still need to fight it out, someone saying that you are not truly born again that is why you are being attacked is not true, the fact that you are even a child of God have made you automatically an enemy of satan and he will stop at nothing to pull you down, I know how devoted I am to the things of God, I have consecrated myself for him, let go a lot of things I like to do, carried out all my dealings and someone will not come and say I am not really a born again.

And that's why we are soldiers of Christ, who fight daily different kind of battles.
2Tim 2:3:
"You therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ."

2Tim 2:4:
"No man that wars entangles himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who has chosen him to be a soldier."

It would be a fallacy for a Christian to assume that after his salvation is PEACE! Truely, after salvation starts several battles with the enemy. But we are assured of victory though Christ.

1Cor 15:57:
"But thanks be to God, which gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ."

1Jn 5:4:
"For whatever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith."

In a vision again, I saw Nigerians fleeing from their homes. I saw a political shifting. I saw judgement made on her political leaders. I saw a drawn line between those who profess Christianity and muslims.
I heard the footsteps of a horse on the atmosphere over Nigeria. The cries of the innocent and the poor has reached Heaven and Heaven cannot be silent anymore. Judgement is coming. The horse is galloping already. I know what I see as God's prophet. What I tell you is very imminent. That's why I am having recurring vision. Christians in Nigeria should pray for the violence to be brought under control when it happens...

Exactly, I have come to understand that some of us are built to be warriors of the Lord, not everybody will be an army of the lord, so when the kingdom of darkness strikes hard on you, you should be rest assured that is what you are built for and God won't let us be tempted more than we can bear.

Even as we are prophets, prophets have specializations, not all prophets are warriors and into deliverance/spiritual warfare. God has showed me things concerning warfare. So when I am being attacked severely, I know that its part of my training and calling, God can decide to stop the attacks from coming, but we need to be trained. Psalms 144:1.

The kingdom of darkness is not resting.

You are right. There is division of labour in Christ's vineyard just as there are differences in operations of spiritual gifts and it's giftings!

The agents of satan are demons, principalities, powers , spiritual force of wickedness. These same agents carry out their activities by using humans (witches, wizards, sorcerers, wicked people etc): and the effect you see are anger, Unforgiveness, bitterness of heart, murder, rape etc

A warrior deals with the enemy (satan and his agents) then the tools loose their power!

Mat 5:44:
"But I say to you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which spitefully use you, and persecute you;"

"Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not."

A witch is powerless without demons who wreck the havock! A sorcerer is blind without the demons. These people are under the chains of satan and must do his bidding.

Exactly, I have noticed that some Christians who are not attacked severely are always quick to condemn spiritual warfare, some of them their family have already done the warfare for them, they dont face any of such, I know a lot of them, so when they see us going through spiritual warfare they think we don't know what we are doing.

I am in number 3 group, ever since I gave my life to Christ, I have been fighting from one spiritual battles to another, some of these battles are not personal, these battles are mostly foundational powers fighting me cause I am doing my best to liberate my family at all cost and I am able to win them cause of violent prayers, you need to see me praying and fasting like a mad woman, even God had to tell me that he will use me to liberate my family both mother and fathers house and I will win all my enemies. Did I choose this path? No, God did.

The warfare is real, nobody should undermine it, my grandfather was a chief priest of a diety so when I say I fight ancestral powers, I know what I am saying, I have not had my Christian walk easy and God know it, when I was in the world, I was not attacked like this, some times I cry to God to help me and he does. He know I'm going through a lot in warfare but the fights have reduce sha, they are still attacking though, they dont want to stop and I won't stop my warfare.

Truth is I am not the only one going through spiritual warfare, we are many. People are being attacked on a daily and its not cause their imagined they are under bondage, by the time you see invisible things crawling in your body, see yourself in weird places in dream, people pursing you, then nobody will tell you to engage in violent prayers.

God even have to tell me the days they come attack me, it was that serious. If I am lying God is watching me. Most times holy spirit wake me up by midnight and I know its an imminent attack, when you see creatures in your room by 2am, then you know the battle is intense and real.

Its not all demons you give a command to that will obey and listen to you, some of them you will have to fast and pray violently for them to leave. Jesus said in Matthew 17:21 "Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting".

Even during deliverance, you will pray and command them for hours to leave before the demons will agree to leave. I have done a couple of deliverance in my dream and the demons did not leave immediately even after I commanded them to leave, I had to shout and pray and shout.

I believe in the finished work of Christ, I believe I am a new creation but these demons won't let go without a fight and you have to be aggressive about it. When I stopped sexual sins, marine spirits fought me tooth and nail, I cried to God and God helped me to them in that aspect.

My Christian journey has not been a walk in the park, attacks from all corner, I wake up midnight and pray for my relatives to be free from any witchcraft bondages and the powers holding them comes to attack me as per counter attack.

The Christian life is a life of endless battles with the powers of darkness.

Just yesterday I spent a lot of time to generate great faith and anointed myself for deliverance.

Lo and behold in my dream I saw something like casualties from my mother's side.

I was shocked

This battle is real and is getting more terrible by the day.

What I have discovered is the more stronger you are spiritually, the less grip the enemy has on you.

Spiritual power and strength is non negotiable...

Anyone that doesn't believe it and say otherwise needs more wisdom and understanding into the mysteries of the kingdom. We are not just some folks that sit and prophesy, we go out to fulfill prophecies as true soldiers of Christ that we are even as the spirit of God moves us to deliver the captives and destroy the hordes of darkness Isaiah 61:1-3.

@shadeyinka It's written we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against powers and principalities and rulers of darkness in high places", but blessed be God that gives us authority over them and made us kings and priest to rule over them, not just kings that sit and decree, but kings that decree, fight and win wars, even our LORD is a Man of war, He had to come down from His heavenly throne to displace the kingdom of darkness, that's a true King and not just a King but the King of Kings and that's to tell you there's a place of warfare.

I once had an encounter with a lady friend whom we had an issue, it dragged for long and at a time she said I will see! In the night she came with all her "birds" I woke up enter into some prayers and slept back then the warfare began, their leader came against me with a stick, I was filled with the spirit, as He lifted me up I cut a stick from a tree and we rain against each other, as we struck each other her stick disappeared and appeared into my hand, and she fell down in pain and agony, I was just smiling and left the place!
When the lady saw me in the physical she was like you are a witch! Lolz I just smiled and I was like you don't know anything.

I've fought with demons from the second heaven, from the depth of hell, I've released captives from their prisons, even the prince of darkness had come against me, all these I did even as the spirit of the LORD moves me, this is what some of us are built for, And many more I can't begin to narrate of my spiritual journeys and battles here because there are many scoffers here who are unbelieving and some who still needs more understanding of how the kingdom works! I drew people's attention to the most important thing first- Crucifixion. Those who live crucified lives daily, when the command demons, their words are powerful. Some claimed to be this and that. I laugh because all these are unnecessary. Should I then claim to be an Elijah of a Prophet and gifted? . This is absolutely immaterial. Demons don't fear title. They don't even fear gifting... They do not fear your list of dangerous prayers.Rather, they fear a crucified man or woman.... Whose flesh is crucified daily to live in the spirit. Biko, why is this difficult to see...

This is true!
But it doesn't stop demons from attacking.

Woe unto that "Holy Christian" who doesn't know how to use his spiritual authority and weapons. Some kinds cannot go except by prayer (and fasting): but there must be the exercise of power and authority. Demons are in varying levels

This is back to square one sir!

Some of us have a different experience. It is confusing at first, "how can I be in Christ and some demons are afflicting me?" . I learned to fight and pray during this times. It helped me to also be able to help other Christians going through tough times.

I've come to understand it from this scripture: "why would satan use a man who's just been used by the Holy Spirit?"

Mat 16:23:
"But he turned, and said to Peter, Get you behind me, Satan: you are an offense to me: for you mind not the things that be of God, but those that be of men."

Some will argue that the Holy Spirit hadn't been given to believers at this point (which is true) but didn't the whole event take place in the very presence of Christ Himself?


In order of priority (without neglecting any)
1. Salvation
2. Consecration of self to God
3. Love and Devotion to God
4. Spiritual Warfare
5. Service to God

The Christian life would be crippled if any of the above is absent. None of the items above can stand in lieu of another.

It is also important that our graces differ greatly as Christians. Some will live quiet lives as Christians while others will live lives of battles! God reserves the right to post a Christian anywhere!

My point is that Christians must be on the same page with Jesus that will help them fight these battles. Remember what these demons fear and tremble for is Christ in US for we cannot do anything by ourselves.
So I don't really see any reason for argument here. Its just like what Jesus say in Matt 6:33 But seek ye first his kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

I know what it means to be Spiritually oppressed or to be under family or ancestral curses. Things that our forefathers have done and are now being enforced by demons across generations even upon innocent people. But first thing first: Seek to please and live for Christ daily. Seek to hear or even see him daily. Then all those legal grounds they hold onto to punish us can be broken in a single night of intense prayers. I am not going to spend my times thinking about demons or spiritual battles (This is another spiritual deception by Satan). Instead, I will rather watch and be careful that I am in the right path with my Lord, because again, the rest is a piece of cake. This is my focus. I want to hear God speak to me. I want to See him speak to me about my life and things I must do in my short life. This is my race.

Demons already know their fate. Their fate has been sealed by God, remember that.

Would demons want to attack? Yes! if one knows his right and standing in God, our eyes will be opened to the host of Angels with us. Let me share a story for the benefit of others. I recently visited a country from the States. When I arrived, everywhere looked serene, but I could perceive a sinister air, and I dispatched few commands and continued with my duties. I didn't know fully what was going on in the spirit, albeit I endeavored to fasten up my communion with God.

After many days, my eyes opened and I saw what was going on in the spirit. A principality of this region, threw an attack, but failed. It tried again but failed. An Angel of the Lord, stood and blocked the attacks and arrows. This principality was angry because I visited his territory. This is when I understood God fighting our battles. As we commune with God daily, we become Apple of His eyes which is by Grace and our battles is His battle. I forbid any true Christian who is constantly praying for the enemy to release his/her destiny. When he/she is free.. This is spiritual bewitchment.


I will encourage you to read books written by Watchman Nee, A.W Tozer, E.W Kenyon, Thomas A Kempis( Imitation of Christ) Madame Guyon, and Brother Lawrence - The practice of the presence of God as well as becoming like Jesus by Bro Gbile Akanni. These classic books are important for our Christian growth.

TB Joshua sold his soul to the devil for fame, money and power.... And he knows this and deceives many... History will not forget how a building collapsed in his church few years ago, killing over 100 people. This was a huge sacrifice and quickly died down. I saw him clearly in the spirit..

Satan and his demons want you to keep on having this knowledge and belief that someone evil is holding your destiny and that you are in bondage. This is a big distraction. So instead of you to commune with the Father and grow in God, you are constantly praying to remove yourself from an unseen bondage that your mind, people or association has caused you to believe in. As far as you keep on having this knowledge, the enemy have legal grounds to make constant accusations. There are laws in the spirit world. And these laws are obeyed even by Angels. The existence and potency of these laws, is determined by the soul of man, from that which he believes. This is why the Lord Jesus healed those who believed. Even as God, He knew that the legal right exist within the confines of the soul of man, from that which he believes.

Know this- Slaves cry out for freedom. Their cry for freedom is unending. But Children of the kingdom give out commands, and their commands are very brief. Where do you belong? Are you truly born again? If you know that you are a genuine child of the kingdom, begin to walk in that spiritual liberty. When the enemy rears up his head, remind yourself of whom you are, and give out a command.

I laugh because all these are unnecessary. Should I then claim to be an Elijah of a Prophet and gifted? . This is absolutely immaterial. Demons don't fear title. They don't even fear gifting... They do not fear your list of dangerous prayers.Rather, they fear a crucified man or woman.... Whose flesh is crucified daily to live in the spirit. Biko, why is this difficult to see...

Brethren please note this: if you claim to be a true born again, and demons still come to molest you in dreams, chase you, stab you, molest you physically, sleep with you, and many more, then one need to trace the problem by asking God to reveal why. The more you attack them by prayers, they more will they deal with you because your flesh is very much alive and needs to be crucified. This should be the goal of every born again believer... The Lord Jesus said- whoever is willing to be my disciple should carry his cross daily and follow me. He knew that this is the secret to spiritual power and authority.

I have written enough on this matter. Those who will hear will hear.

Please, can you address clearly what it means to live a crucified life?

So I think there is no argument here. The only thing I see here is the order of priority. Our attention should be to please and live daily to God in Spirit. Welfare prayers then become easy.

These demons are indeed very wicked and they don't sleep or rest. Their daily job is humans and they do this job with unimaginable amount of hatred. Remember, they fought with God and his loyal angels and they were defeated and hauled down to earth. They are now being used to test humans and those that fail will also end up like them. No one get into eternity with God without passing through these tests. Even all the angels were tested before the loyal ones entered into eternity with God.

I grew up with it and the fact that l longed to have an intimate relationship with God, influenced my life as a Christian while growing up, when l started getting deep into God, it came with lots of heavenly experiences and gifts that l got with ease. It was as if God was waiting for me to get serious. l can't pray without the holy spirit taking over the prayers, after the prayers l will not continue because l have nothing else to say. I have never been attacked physically but each time l dream, l see myself rebuking evil, counselling people, preaching to people, infact l always act like a courageous solider in my dreams, l keep confronting and reclaiming back things that were taken from me in dreams without a hitch. But the funny thing is that l am physically opposite of what l am in the spirit. I don't pray for hours or engage in long warfare but when l pray, the spirit takes over and when l dream, l do exploits.
I am not a saint but l strive to live to God's expectations every single day, naturally l can't survive outside of God, l don't know how it feels to. I am still growing and need guidance just as many of us here, so l still stand to be corrected.

God bless you my brother! I think we have similar childhood experience. In those days, when I was very much younger, I was always afraid of throwing away christian tracks people give me. I wouldn't read and yet I wouldn't want to throw them away for the fear that this is God's word. So I keep tracks and carry them from year to year without reading! I was and I am still conscious of committing sins even though I remain a sinner.

Honestly I wish I am at your level spiritually as I seek to hear and see God Speak to me Himself. I desire this earnestly but I think something is missing in me that is preventing that. One strength I have which I believe come from God is that: You can't deceive with spiritual things. I am confident of Christ that I know even though I haven't heard him speak to me before (not any that I can remember) but he has answered my prayers multiple times. Anytime I cry to him about my situations, he answer me speedily (I mean without delay) but again, as far as I know, I haven't heard him speak to me physically ( I really desire this).

When I was working as a teacher about 4 years ago, I got tired of the job. I was having issues with the school owner and at the same time getting tired of teaching job that paid me only 40k a month. I started praying and crying to God almost daily. I wanted to work in IT but I didn't have any cooperate experience at that time. Within 2 months, I got an invite for an interview from one of the forgotten jobs that I applied for in Lagos. The interview was done over Skype on Monday of new week and by Friday, the offer letter came and the salary was about 50k more that what I originally but in the application letter! And almost 4 times my 40k teaching salary. I said YES God listened to my prayers and made transition from teaching Physics and Mathematics into Software development much easier for me.

Two years after working in this company, I got tired of their politics and I started praying again. In that two years, I had forgotten about God completely and even stopped going to church. I started applying and praying. Shortly after, I got an offer that doubled my current salary. I resigned and moved to Huawei. Three months into the project (a Globalcomm project being handle by Huawei), coronavirus pandemic started. In March 2020, Huawei allowed their workers to work from home and by the end of April, Huawei terminated the project due to rift with Globalcomm. Many people on that project were affected in the middle of pandemic. I went back on my knee to God praying for miracle. Two months later in July, I got an offer from a bank with a salary that is 130k more than what Huawei was paying me.

I have narrated these because I know that God listens and answers my prayers but I want more. I no longer care about jobs, money or any of these material things. If God can give these things to sinners, how much more his own children and those who love him! I want to hear God speak to me. I want to see him physically. I desire to sit or stand in front of him and have conversation like father and son. This is what I am now praying for. I am kind of jealous (positively though ) of your spiritual experience. When we all die, we will see that nothing really matters except how far we are able to come with God during our earthly living.

Beautiful, Brother in Christ. This is what I was trying to explain to people here. It is not by might nor by our power. But by the spirit of God, the bible says. As we desire to walk in righteousness daily, overcoming the forces of darkness becomes a simple routine for a crucified believer. Crucifixion simply means abandonment. Where, I can't do it again... I can't fight this battle anymore. I surrender it to you. Lord Jesus, please take over. As we do this daily wholeheartedly in the place of prayer with God, we live a crucified life. Until this 'I' dies, that's when the Lord Jesus will take over. For us to live in Christ, this flesh, this self must die. Demons fear dead men. Dead men are men who carry their cross daily and follow Lord Jesus Christ. When they command and bind demons, demons obey.

It is a dangerous thing for a Christian whose flesh and self life is very much alive to bind demons. Those demons will surely deal with the Christian. To have constant dominion over demons is to live a crucified life daily, where it is no longer us that lives anymore, but Christ lives in US.... Where it is not our battle, but the Lord's. Where we are to fight from victory and not for victory.....

@Barywyte. Great testimony.. I am very glad that you have this hunger in you. Keep on seeking the Lord. Continue to ask Him to speak to you. He will... In fact apart from you having prophetic dreams, you can be in your sitting room physically, and the Lord Jesus will just walk into your room to have a personal conversation with you... This is very possible.. Remember the bible says- ask and it shall be given.

By God's grace, the prophetic mantle upon my life is very strong.. By His mercy and grace, my eyes are opened- My spiritual eyes. Yet, God is still training me for the last day task that is to come. My assignment and ministry is yet to begin.I have been in the prophetic, and prophesying for over a decade, but was surprised when the Lord Jesus came to me on February last year and told me that I am beginning to walk towards my calling.. He didn't say walking in my calling. Rather He said walking towards. There is much mystery in following this awesome God. Much mystery will be revealed to us if we wear the garment of humility at all times.

Yet there is no greater joy like sparking a hunger in people. There is no greater joy than seeing people desire the supernatural. If I walk in the supernatural so shall you and others who desire. If we desire to be as close to God than Paul was or Enoch we can, because God has saved the best wine for the last.

To he honest, as I sat on my bed last year, I just opened this thread to share the Prophecies that God gave me only. I thought of nothing else.

Little did I know that through the accurate prophecies, many will have hunger for God like never before. This is just God's Handiwork. No man, I repeat, no man is worthy of any glory.

I know that even if I leave the thread, the words from this thread as well as people's testimonies and experience, will continue to breathe and strangers who stumble here in years to come will find God.

We have similar experience, but l am yet to converse with God, he speaks to me through ME, if you understand what l mean. It's always one sided. If l want to sing, the holy spirit takes over and l end up singing worship songs l have never heard before, and when l pray, same thing happens, l am like a vessel being used, because l end up not praying according to what l want but according to the spirit. Initially, l used to be stubborn but now, l allow it to flow and more experiences/gift. God speaks to me through my own mouth, l can't reply back cos l am speaking under his influence. The first time it happened, l freaked out, cut out immediately and got Soo scared thinking l was possessed. l reached out to a brother who advised that l ask God to introduce himself before speaking and l should record the messages and songs. I did and when next it happened, he indeed introduced himself and said a lot of things to me, he asked me to stop complaining and start believing in him. He keeps emphasizing on faith, in fact all the messages are scriptural, focusing on me seeking him first. Since then till now, it's still the same, each with it's own message and experience, yet l don't even pray up to an hour, which still bothers me though.
The enemy knows what these prayer sections cause for him, that is why they try to bring in a lot of things to distract me from having the zeal to pray, sometimes l am overwhelmed by sleep or lack of strength to pray. Sometimes, it's marital issue just to get me off the radar and pry on my lukewarmness. What keeps me going is having the conciousness of God everyday. A day doesn't pass without having God in mind, telling him how useless l am without him, that if he leaves me, that l will die. I use those words every day.
However, on my own part, l still desire a two person communication with God, where we both get to discuss. I still acknowledge the way he speaks to me, because it gives me this joy that supercedes all human understanding, knowing that l have a father who cares a lot for me.

Thank to you to @Barywhyte and @TheNoble007, l finally get to see someone with same experience, don't worry, we will get there by his grace.
