Gross profit is a profit you got before substraction of expenses or anything else.

Hmmmn.... Right, that's why I called for a review of the figures. But let's look at this deeply:

Gross profit: A company's profit earned after subtracting the costs of producing and distributing its products.

Net profit: a company's profit after all of its expenses have been deducted from revenues.

So in this case, what figure do you think is appropriate for gross profit?

I am just tired for them, I keep getting verification failed and I have about 8 different verification emails.

Anyway, no need to worry about that questionnaire. But if NYIF decides to be strict, your loan would be approved 100% as far as you used a long tenure.

I got to the submit page and encountered network issue .
When I tried again, I discover what I have now is REVIEW OFFER LETTER alone...starting application and continue application no more there .

Should I take it that it's submitted ?

With this back and forth on their website, only heaven knows how long it would take for them to approve the loan applications that have managed to go through.

It means you have taken a loan either from bank or app loans and you are yet to pay up or refused to service the loan

Try resend verification token, it might be verified already.

It happened to me too just go ahead and login then continue application
