Every Tom, Dick and Harry wants to trend with Apostle Johnson Suleman. The Restoration Apostle as he is popularly known may have his shortcomings as human as he is. Nevertheless, Nigerians should learn to hold their government accountable for the lack of development and infrastructural decay in the country. The Church and by extension it’s leadership is not the countries problems, the problem of the country is in the bad leadership and even worst fellowship.

No matter what the western press and its northern oligarchy are trying to paint the church leadership bad, we have seen the outstanding leadership portrayed by the likes of Bishop Oyedepo, Pst Sam Adeyemi, Pst Paul Adefarasin, Pst D F Kumuyi, Dr Olukoya, Pst Ibiyeomie, Apostle Johnson Suleman etc.

The churches have not failed, they are still making progress but our government is fighting corruption, yet borrowing money and looting all the monies with any infrastructural development. All those that said GEJ was a failure, we are waiting to see you protest against these wasteful government. Even the young innocent youths that took the bull by the horn where wasted in the full glare of the nation and one idiot in Japan had the effrontery to call the name of an Apostle for the good roads in Japan. Why the misplaced priorities? Please let’s compare apples to apples.

Nobody was forced to give to pastors and Imams. As long as it is freewill giving, those who are giving it could decide to stop possibly when they don’t have or if they have a change of heart.

Your focus should be on the taxes that Nigerian pay, what is the government doing with the money? Where are the roads, schools, security of lives, healthcare, etc. This are basic things the government should provide to the citizens.
