Application for admission is on-going now. Deadline for Master is March 15. DL for Undergraduate is April 15. For Phd contact the institution directly.

I heard the embassy India is OK but Israel is the best option if you can consider that option. I have heard negative things about Egypt but for Lithuania embassy there though.
