Nairalanders I need advice oo

I and my girlfriend live in a apartment with thin walls between the kitchen and bedroom

I usually wake up earlier than her and have always wanted to make her breakfast in bed but she's a very light sleeper. The sound of a plate moving could wake her up so i'm really lost on this.

Does anyone have any recipes that don't require a lot of noise or any tips for my situation?

First off, I know this.
Secondly there are people who are comfortable eating breakfast without brushing their teeth because they did so before going to bed. I and my gf are examples of such people.
Third, I asked for how I can prepare a meal silently and I didn't expect to be questioned on factors I have already considered.
PS: I never stated anywhere that she couldn't brush before eating and even if she didn't eat the food in bed I wouldn't be upset.

Of what benefit is waking her up with breakfast? If you love to cook, why don't you assist her in making the meals everyday? Prearranged love is not true love

While it recommended to brush twice daily, it is done after taking breakfast(mornings) and when you are done eating anything (except clean water) at night.
Anyone who follow this is safe...can even dine with the gods in dream.

I never said anything about eating safe....or frequency of brushing

I only said the idea of opening the eyes in bed and start stuffing food in the mouth usually appears cool in Hollywood ....in real life most people actually like to wash their mouth to have a fresh feel in the morning before eating....
