Anything that travels by air needs proper maintenance. There should be an engine check before a plane, fight jets, or a helicopter takes off.

The pilot did well by landing 100 meters away from the residential area. It's a good thing there were no ground casualties.

The military pilot of the crashed plane should be given accolades for moving the plane off human populated area, given that it is a densely populated area.
We would have had more casualties.

And in your mind there have never been a plane flown by an oyinbo pilot that crashed due to pilot error, they are perfect human beings that never make mistakes.

The eyewitness accounts on TV all indicated explosion upon ground impact.
If there were people near the plane when it exploded, there would have been more casualties.

Nigerian Pilots are among the best in the world. Go and check from 1970's.

The best landing I have EVER got is from Nigeria Pilot just 5 years ago.

The pilot should have started dumping out fuel Immediately before returning back to the airport , from the result it shows he came back with all the takeoff fuel

Given the brevity of its flight, even if the pilot was dumping fuel there would still be a substantial amount left in the tank.

I kept on wondering how come we can't rescue them alive. It took fire fighters a whole 30 minutes to get there, pathetic. What's the use of fire fighters going there when they were already roasted.

Mind you the crash site is just close to the runway.

Painful, things that shouldn't cause death always cause death in Nigeria
