Most likely for those that preliminarily met the cut off mark but had issues with their uploaded certifications at the back end or didn't upload any when they applied in June, 2020.

If is for record update, I guess they will use the portal for registration Which is currently showing eligible other than creating new portal just to upload missing document.

My one cent tho.

This ppl should really start sending those regret mails cos ppl are really losing it with all the informations here , some can login without getting mail while other got the mail before login in

My guys own just worked too, same 75 but he hasn’t gotten the mail.

This recruitment process is genuine.

I suspect those that got emails are those who have 1 or a few documents outstanding on their portal.

To check if your document is complete, click the new website and use your initial login details (for the previous site).

It shows you exactly your application status as it was last year.

But this is a personal opinion. Good luck friends!

If actually they used 70 and above to shortlist for interview from the second apt test, then it means there was no first test in the first place, as they ought to have used high cut off mark for the first test to shortlist for the second test and then use a not high cut off mark to shortlist for interview
